9/23/17 – An individual reported to the KCSO that sometime during the day, persons unknown forced entry into his residence on New Guilford Rd. The unknown intruders then ransacked the living room.

9/24/17 – A complainant reported the back window of her vehicle was vandalized as it was parked on Willow Street. When the officer arrived on the scene he observed the back window of the complainant's window was shattered. A small hole in the window indicated that possibly a BB gun was used to cause the damage. The complainant stated the incident occurred between 9/22/17 at 8:00 P.M. And 9/23/17 at 9:30 A.M.

9/24/17 – The complainant called the KCSO to report someone came onto his property on Keck Road and stole his tree stand. He had a cable securing it to a tree. The cable was cut and left lying on the ground. The complainant advised the stand was old and he did not remember the name or model number.

9/24/17 – The complainant called to advise someone had entered her car, then her New Delaware Road residence and stole her purse.

9/19/17 - Sarah Christine, 312, South St. was charged with theft.

9/19/17 - Jacob Farabaugh, 30, Shalimar Dr. was arrested and charged with possessing drug abuse instruments.

9/19/17 - Samantha Cunningham, 24, E. Sugar St, was arrested and charged with theft.

9/20/17 - Ashley Holland, 30, Prospect St. was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

9/20/17 - Erik Varner, 33, Possum St. was cited for driving under suspension/revocation.

9/20/17 - Raymond Williams, 47, Ames St. was cited for driving under FRA suspension.

9/20/17 - Bridget Patrick, 19, Greenwood Ave. was arrested for disorderly conduct with persisting.

9/20/17 - Jennifer Saunders, 37, Danville-Amity Rd. was arrested and charged with theft and with criminal trespass.

9/20/17 - Radustra Friedley, 42, Columbus Rd. was arrested and charged with theft and with criminal trespass.

9/19/17 - An officer was dispatched to a Coshocton Ave. business on a report of theft. The complainant stated that an individual had returned items to the store that they had not purchased in order to receive a gift card. The officer reviewed security footage and confirmed the fraudulent transaction. The suspect has been identified and the investigation is ongoing.

9/19/17 - An officer responded to an E. Pleasant St. address in reference to a theft. A 2w6" Huffy black and purple bicycle and a 26" light blue/white/grey mountain bike with a missing right peddle were reported missing. The investigation continues.

9/19/17 - An officer responded to a S. Gay St. address in reference to an unconscious male. When the officer arrived he observed Jacob Farabaugh lying on the living room floor. Farabaugh was breathing but very shallowly. The MVFD arrived on the scene and administered Narcan to Farabaugh. He was then transported to Knox Community Hospital for treatment. Farabaugh was arrested charged with possession of drug abuse instruments.

9/19/17 - An officer responded to a Coshocton Ave. business on a report of a shoplifter who was still in the store. When the officer arrived on the scene he met with the business' Asset Protection Office and viewed video surveillance of the subject as she placed merchandise in her purse. The subject subsequently went beyond the last point of sale and through the first set of doors before she was approached and detained. She was forthcoming about the items she had taken, which were then returned to the store. The suspect also turned over a syringe and a small vial containing a substance she identified as crystal meth. The syringe and vial were placed into evidence. The suspect was issued a summons and was told she could never return to the store.

9/20/17 - The MVPD was dispatched to a Coshocton Ave. business concerning a suspect acting suspicious, walking around with blood on him. When the officer arrived on the scene he found a business staff member in the foyer with the suspect. The suspect emptied his backpack for the officer to show he had not stolen anything. However, a glass pipe that smelled of marijuana was seen when the suspect dumped out the contents of his backpack. The pipe was taken to be destroyed. There is nothing further to report.

9/20/17 - An abandonedToyota Camry on Coshocton Avenue was reported to the MVPD.

9/20/17 - An officer responded to a N. Jefferson St. address in reference to a theft from a vehicle. The complainant advised that someone had stolen a ratchet/socket set from her unsecured vehicle. The investigation is pending.

9/20/17 - An officer responded to a Coshocton Ave. business where it was reported two shoplifting suspects were being detained. When the officer arrived he discovered one of the suspects had tried to steal a cell phone charger. The suspect was issued a summons for petty theft. She was also issued a summons for criminal trespass after it was discovered she had been banned from another business property in Columbus in 2014. The suspect was cited and left the business with a friend after being advised, again, not to return to the business.


9/20/17 - Officers also responded to a Coshocton Ave. business on a reported shoplifting. The employee stated he had stopped the suspect after she attempted to leave the store without paying for selected merchandise. The merchandise was recovered and returned to the store The suspect was also found to have criminally trespassed since she had been banned from the business in 2010. She was charged with petty theft and criminal trespassing and released.

9/21/17 - At approximately 12:16 A.M. an officer responded to an E. Pleasant St. residence in reference to a stolen vehicle. The officer spoke with the complainant who told him her brother had taken the vehicle. The vehicle was entered into LEADS as stolen. There is nothing further to report.

9/20/17 - Christi Durfee, 31, Shalimar Dr. warrant for probation violation.

9/21/17 - Donald Shackle, 80, N. Concord St. was cited for failure to yield right of way when turning left.

9/21/17 - Michael Miller, 34, no address, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

0/21/17 - Justine Jenkins, 21, N. Sandusky St. was arrested and charged with fleeing/eluding with a motor vehicle. He was also cited for failure to display valid license plates and reckless operation on public streets.

Traffic 

9/21/17 - Donald B. Shackle was westbound on Coshocton Ave. and Danny L. Kelley was eastbound on Coshocton Ave. Shackle attempted to turn left onto North Center St. but struck/was struck by Kelley. Shackle was cited for failure to yield right of way while turning left.
